- With rotating spindle (400mm x 400mm)
- 19.6mm diameter spindle – wider spindle to support a wider base rod providing more strength in the rod system
- Dual rotating ball bearing mechanism which allows the banner to turn freely without wrapping around the pole
- Sealed bearing cover preventing water ingress
- Suitable base for small flying banners
